Working for better recognition of children’s rights by States.
Having children’s rights recognised is both our starting point and our goal. In Niger, our advocacy priorities:
- Draft, revise and apply the Children’s Code.
- Guarantee nationality for children whose parents are unknown.
- Formalise foster families.
- Secure a dedicated budget for child protection.
- Promote youth employability and participation.
