Djamilou Issa, former pupil turned entrepreneur

Djamilou Issa grew up in the SOS Children’s Village in Niamey. After a vocational baccalaureate in film in Benin and experience in communication agencies in Nigeria, Togo and Benin, he returned to Niger as a senior graphic designer, then founded his companies VUSU ART and VUSUCAR.

His clients now include major operators in the country; he employs several people and hosts SOS young people as interns.
